pak67 Terms and Conditions – Your Complete Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and pak67 ("pak67," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pak67.click and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By registering an account on pak67, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use pak67.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of location, but pak67 is specifically designed for players in Pakistan and all financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of pak67 complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

pak67 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes by email or by a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of pak67 after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

To register and use pak67, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. pak67 is strictly an adults-only platform and operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with pak67, whether voluntary or operator-initiated, that has not yet expired.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of pak67 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

pak67 uses industry-standard age and identity verification processes. Players may be asked to provide copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, or payment method documentation as part of standard KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or withdrawal holds.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on pak67. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, different devices, or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If any of your details change — particularly your contact number or email address — you must update your pak67 account promptly. pak67 cannot be held responsible for communications sent to outdated contact details.

Your pak67 account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. You must not share your login details with any other person. pak67 will not accept liability for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that occurs because a player shared or failed to adequately protect their credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password for your pak67 account.
• Enable two-factor authentication if available.
• Log out of your account after each session on shared devices.
• Contact pak67 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

pak67 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information. Accounts found to contain materially false or misleading information will be suspended pending investigation. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated during the period a false-information account was active may be forfeited.

All financial transactions on pak67 — deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus credits — are denominated and settled in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no hidden currency conversion fees on pak67. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your PKR wallet. The amount you request to withdraw is the amount sent to your designated payment account, subject to applicable processing times.

Accepted deposit methods include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank-issued debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit on pak67 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher amounts may trigger additional identity verification checks in accordance with our KYC obligations.

Withdrawal policy:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500 (mobile wallets) and Rs 1,000 (bank transfer).
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account in the player's own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically process within 5–15 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals typically process within 1–4 business hours during standard banking hours.

Player funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used by pak67 for operational purposes. Your PKR balance on pak67 is your money and is protected accordingly. In the event of any dispute regarding a transaction, players should contact pak67 support with the relevant transaction reference number.

pak67 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. The specific terms of each promotion — including the bonus amount, eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum deposit, and expiry date — are stated on the relevant promotions page. These promotion-specific terms form part of these general Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.

General bonus rules that apply to all pak67 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from completed wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated pending winnings expire at the end of the validity period if the requirement is not met.
• When a player holds both real money and bonus funds, real money is used first for all bets by default.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and subject to the wagering requirement stated for the associated promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for individual recreational use only. Any attempt to use bonuses as part of a coordinated low-risk strategy — including bonus hedging or arbitrage — will be considered a violation of these Terms.

pak67 reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Ongoing promotions will not be altered mid-term for players who have already opted in to that specific promotion during the stated validity period.

All games available on pak67 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's information panel. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

All casino games on pak67 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RNG certification is renewed regularly by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games operate from regulated, camera-monitored studios under strict industry standards. pak67 does not have the ability to alter the outcome of any game once a bet has been placed and confirmed.

In the event of a technical failure — including software error, disconnection, or server interruption — during a game session, the following policy applies:

• If a technical failure prevents the conclusion of a game round, pak67 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs and honour the outcome where this is possible.
• Where reconstruction is not possible, the stake for the interrupted round will be returned to the player's account.
• pak67 will not be liable for any perceived loss of potential winnings arising from a technical failure beyond the return of the original stake.
• Decisions made by pak67 regarding technical failure outcomes are final after internal review.

Players who believe a game has malfunctioned should contact support immediately with the game name, session reference (if displayed), approximate time, and a description of the issue.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak67 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
• Money laundering: Using pak67 accounts to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring the origin of those funds. pak67 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in any game (particularly poker) to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using automated tools to generate bonus wager volume, or systematically hedging bonuses across platform segments.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access and use the pak67 platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, frame, or commercially exploit any part of pak67's content or software.

pak67 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pak67.click/privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms. By registering on pak67, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices on pak67 include:

• Personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, fulfil KYC obligations, and provide customer support.
• Payment data is processed by certified third-party payment providers — financial credentials are not stored on pak67 servers.
• Anonymised, aggregated data may be used for platform improvement, fraud detection, and regulatory reporting.
• pak67 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

pak67 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered players and can be activated directly from within the account settings without requiring a support request:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when raised.
• Loss limits: Set maximum net loss amounts over daily, weekly, or monthly periods.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious activity indicative of fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Request by the account holder for voluntary closure.
• At pak67's discretion where continued operation of the account presents unacceptable risk.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their most recently used withdrawal method. Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

Players who wish to dispute an account suspension decision may contact pak67 support at support@pak67.click with their account reference and a clear description of the grounds for dispute. pak67 commits to reviewing all suspension disputes within 5 business days.

pak67 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pak67 makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability, security, and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any service or that the platform will be free of errors at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak67 shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses resulting from use of the pak67 platform.
• Loss of profit or anticipated winnings arising from technical failures or game interruptions.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from a player's failure to secure their credentials.
• Any third-party payment processing delays or failures outside pak67's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms limits pak67's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. pak67's total liability to any individual player in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the same period.

pak67 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email to the address associated with their account, and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the pak67 platform, at least 7 days before the changes come into effect.

Minor changes — such as clarifications of existing language that do not alter the substance of any player's rights or obligations — may be made without advance notice and will be effective immediately upon publication.

If a player does not accept revised Terms, they must stop using the pak67 platform and may request account closure. Continued use of pak67 after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
